There is a multiplicity written and spoken about self-improvement. Indeed, the shelves swell at the bookstore (or Amazon and in the online marketplace) with this topic. So why write more?
Everyone has a unique perspective. What resonates with one may not resonate with another so different approaches are necessary and welcome. If I can help just one person the effort to write will have been worth it. Plus, I’m having so much fun!
In my soon-to-be 39 years of living on this planet, I’ve been intrigued with nutrition, fitness, and wellness starting around 8 years old. Our bodies are amazing—grown from zygotes in a mother to a baby, child, youth, and adult. They can heal themselves when injured, move about to our mind’s commands, and reproduce the next generation. Your body is truly an incredible vehicle housing your equally brilliant spirit.
I am a regular guy seeking to do some good by sharing some truths I’ve learned (and continue to learn!) on a topic that has fascinated me for more than three decades.
